Product Order Policy
Po.Wattana Group (Pung Nguan Chua) Co., Ltd. distributes products in accordance with the law. Product details displayed on the storefront are accurate and in accordance with the details provided by the manufacturer.
Product images shown on storefront are close to reality, but may have slightly different colors or designs from the actual product due to the resolution of the customer's display device.
 
Product ordering process
1. Customers can purchase products through the website www.pwattanagroup.com 24 hours a day.

Customers can view product details for each product on the website. Once they are satisfied with the product, they can add it to their shopping cart in the top right corner of the product catalog.
3. Once the shopping process is complete, customers can proceed to the payment process by clicking the "Check Out" button. Customers who have already registered with the store must log in. To access the Check Out system, customers who have not yet registered with the store can click the "Register New" button or "Login on Facebook" before proceeding to the Check Out process.
4. On the Check Out page, the items in the shopping cart, the product price, shipping cost (if any), and the total amount will be displayed. Customers can edit or cancel their orders before confirming the order.
5. Verify the accuracy of your order and click Confirm Order before proceeding with payment.
    6. Please inquire about shipping costs before ordering, as shipping costs may change depending on the size and weight of the item ordered.
    7. Bank transfers must be made within 3 days after confirming the order and notifying us of payment via the payment notification page, along with proof of payment.

Once payment is complete, the store will confirm the order via the customer's registered email.

The shop will deliver the product with a receipt attached.
10.When the shop has shipped the product, the postal parcel number / EMS / delivery receipt (in the case of private transport) will be sent to the customer's email address registered with the shop.
 
Product price
* The price of each product in the product details is inclusive of 7% VAT. If you require express delivery, there will be an additional charge. We offer delivery services.

Product Warranty  
To ensure customers have confidence in our products, we offer product guarantees in the following cases:

* If the delivered product is damaged due to manufacturing, the customer can exchange it within 14 business days after receiving the product.
       *  The exchanged product must be in its original packaging and show no signs of use or the plastic wrapping has been removed.
       *  Customers can report product claims along with a video from the product opening process to Line ID 0986788965 or 0829087189.

Payments received before 10:00 AM will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 10:00 AM will be shipped on the next business day.
Deliveries are made every Monday-Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
